Hello mom you have to change the order of her sleep pattern 2 am is pretty late to sleep reduce her day naps a little and make sure they tend to sleep by max 9 to 10 pm at least though her duration of sleep is fine and ones she wakes up hopefully at a good time in the morning after all the rituals you can give her breakfast etc . So that she follow a good healthy pattern

set the meal chart as breakfast mid morning any fruits lunch Evening snacks dinner around 8.30pm and at bed time give milk
the best way to put sleep give good massage before bed
