you can have milk , panner , add ghee to your meals , dry fruits and nuts , nutritous ladoos can be made as well and had , you can take dals of various kind but be mindful on whole grains have it but can cause gas issues in the baby.
also cereals and millets as well are benefical as well.
so rice , roti , oats , ragi , bajra , etc
you can make a dry fruit powder mix for milk or have fresh fruit milk shakes such as with banana , avacado , mangoes etc same fruits and vegetables of various kinds would be benefical
