Hello doctor , after expressing breast milk how much hours can we keep it , and if kept in fridge till how much time can it be kept outside ... plz help me out ... coz my baby drinks only little and once it’s taken out I am poring it off as it’s been taken out .. plz reply me plz

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Freshly expressed or pumped milk can be stored: At room temperature (77°F or colder) for up to 4 hours. In the refrigerator for up to 4 days. In the freezer for about 6 months is best; up to 12 months is acceptable
