Hello Doctor After delivery I have so much pain in thighs and knees, pls suggest any exercise and diet.

A. thank you u , did I need to take any medicine like iron , calcium and multivitamins

A. Hello Practice yogaasan like tadasan, butterfly, vajrasan, bhujangasan, cycling Make sure to have enough milk, egg, paneer, dry fruits, banana, pulses in your diet. do lot of stretching too . Try to walk for atleast 30 minutes daily
