NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello tey to guve soaked and peeled almonds on a daily basis which is very good and also include fruits and vegetables and dry fruots and green leafy vegetable especially walnut okra which can all help and citric fruots aswell which should be better abd sae fir baby growth
