Hello doc my son is 7 years old last night he suffered a fever 102 chest congestion and cold to can you suggest any antibiotics

A. Hello, your baby boy is 7 years old and if he is having coughs and fever so give him tablet clamp kid twice a day for seven days and steam inhalation
