Hello doc . My son is 3 yrs old now , uske scalp mai dandruff ho rhe bhut ? what should I do .. 2,3 times bmundan v kraya but fir winters mai wapas aa ja rhe hain .

A. it needs anti fungal. see when there are skin lesions you cant comment online. best approach will be to show to to a near by doctor who can give opinion n treat.

Use spoo Shampoo for the time being it’s very good to go for and if the child is Got getting dandruff in every winter season then that’s probably due to dryness you should consult a dermatologist they can advise you with all the right products that you should use to get rid of it on a permanent basis
