Q.

Hello Doc My son is 2 month old. He has bit cold and gets irritated with mucus. When consulted pediatrician he told that the cold is not in his chest and you can remove the mucus through the bulb. My son's nose seems dry and it is not runny. As of now he takes feed properly (touchwood). At times he tries to puke but that doesn't come out. Also sometimes his potty turns out sticky. Is this normal? Please suggest!

A. please give nasomist drops Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time

A. hello sticky can be due to mucous which is ok not a problem unless baby is active and if nasal discharge is there or nose is blocked u can use nasal drops or instant cold releif from Babyhug which can help otherwise it 9s absolutely nothing to worry not a problem
