hello doc my baby was 3 yrs old....from 4 days she was saying toilet coming potty coming suddenly it is coming she will not wear diaper.. itching anus area n potty was little bit tight suddenly anus area some sound coming ...n itching more what to prescribe

If there is too much of itching in the anal region it can be associated with worms in the tummy so you can go for deworming your child but this sudden urine and motion is little difficult to understand either your child is trying to control and just comes out by the child or there is another issue you will have to have an assessment with your doctor for that
