hello doc, my baby is not gaining weight she is 1 month and 13 days old and she is only 3.25 kg, what can i do for this?

as the weight is within the range , you should not worry about it
offer breastfeeding as and when it is required
feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well which help to increase your child weight.
give massage to your child everyday which can also help to increase your child weight.
