hello doc.....my baby is 4 months old and water is coming from her eyes... pls tell me y it is so

Sometimes baby poke finger in eye which lead to watering of eye or if it is since birth then it might be due to tear duct blockage and massaging the eye in right way relieves blockage and clean the eye with cotton dipped in water avoid rubbing of eyes

it could be because of the tear duct issue.
Consult your physician or pediatrician who will guide you how to get rid of this issue
it's normal
you have to gently rub the upper part of her nostrils but better you consult a doc
