Hello doc. my baby is 3 months old. she is passing yellow urine. I am giving her multivitamin and calcium drops. and she is completely on formula milk.....plz suggest us this due to drops ????!!!!

A. hi your baby is 3 months old now if baby is passing urine yellow in colour in absence of fever can be due to dehydration so give plenty of breast feeding
