my daughter is on formula milk. Her urine color has changed into yellow since few days. She is accessible wetter. pres frequently. Medicine I give are multivitamin drops, d3 drops and calcium syrup. please advise what is wrong..

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mom if otherwise child does not have any another health issue like if child is not having fever that means there is not an infection the colour of the urine has been changed to yellow because of the dehydration for make sure to give enough breast milk to the child
