my baby is 3 months old her body is chill now and she is passing yellow color urine

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. monitor the temperature.. if the baby is feeling cold or chill swaddle the baby well.. ensure the baby is wearing full clothes.. may be baby is getting dehydrated.. keep baby well hydrated.. you can apply coconut oil on tummy area and gently massage in circular motion.. consult the doctor as it could be urine infection..
