A. hi instead of suggesting medicines,here I suggest some remedies,hope it help: offer warm water with pinch of turmeric powder and salt,give it in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours. keep your child well hydrated dress your child in weather appropriate clothes. provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day give mixture of honey and ginger maintain good hygiene
