Q.

hello doc. my baby gal ia 5.5 mnth old now. she has not yet started sitting yet but she is very much interested in standing with support. should we stand her like that?? shw always look forward to stand all the time so mostly we do with support. i wonder if its harmful for knee. please guide.

A. baby can sit with support by six months without support by 8 monthsFurther it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required

A. good evening I would recommend you to try to make your child stand with support for a few seconds of the child is interested it is advisable to massage your baby everyday also give calcium supplement
