A. The body pains happen you to hormonal changes and they will usually go away within and year of giving birth. Make sure that you take calcium medications regularly. Try doing some stretching exercises also. As far as periods are concerned you can wait until one year but make sure to use contraception until you get them regularly for a minimum of six monthsWrite Your Answer Here
