A. You can increase the breast milk supply by taking Shatavari kalp two tablespoon with milk or else you can take tablet lactare three times in a day for 15 to 20 days. And as you feed your baby more frequently the breast milk supply increases itself take good sleep

A. Dear may be ur milk supply is low. u can ask ur doctor regarding this matter. U can take supplement for milk production in ur body as per doctors advice. Same happened with me when my son was 3 months old. Even after taking medicine No changes are there. My sister advice me to give Formula Milk to my baby so that his stomach get full. I hv done the same. Feeding Formula milk along with my breast milk from last 5 months. When he was 3 months old I have given him Aptamil Gold Stags 1 till the age of 6 months n at present I am giving Aptamil Gold Stage 2 to my baby. Actually this formula milk has HMO which is an essential part of breast milk. It boost baby's immunity n also improves babys gut system. Overall I can say it is suitable for my 8 months old. U can also try if ur milk supply is getting low.
