Q.

Hello doc I have twins of 18 months old . They pass motion everyday nd sometimes once in two days but it’s always a problem for them as the stool is very tight nd they find it very difficult to pass it up what sud i do ?? Plz suggest

A. I am already giving them plenty of fluids nd oats ragi daily in their diet still this problem persist why

A. in such case constipation is a common problem seen where the most importanjit thing is to to focus on the diet modification plenty of liquids and high fibre in the diet is important medicines are given if required

A. Its Mostly due to dehydration and lack of Phiber in the body try to give really good amount of water only liquids like buttermilk and water and really got about a fibre rich fruits and vegetables which I really feel that these things are definitely going to help
