hello doc currently m 5 months pregnant I have allergic problem which leads to mucus buildup in chest nd wheezing nd breathlessness... my gynac suggested me to take bilastine tablet nd nebulizer wth budacort whenever needed... but it's not helping me now dsnt give mch relief so wht shld I add to nebulizer for more fast effective results I feel very breathless sometimes

A. Hello dear parent , i would suggest you to kindly take saline water nebulizer and stay happy most of the time. Avoid using stair case if breathlessness issue is not resolving. And also you can not use medicines as that affect the baby. So try and avoid long walks or stairs
