I m a mother to a 3 year 4 month old baby girl.
I am a doctor by profession.
since birth my daughter has been with me and her grand mother only.we did not hire any nanny or help for her.
but now due to certain unavoidable circumstances, I can't quit my job and everyone around me is suggesting me to hire a nanny for part time.
being a parent, u all must be familiar the feeling I am having at present at this thought.i am so weak hearted that I start crying even at the thought of giving away my kid to a maid.
kindly guide me what should i do..hire a nanny or not?how to make myself emotionally and mentally prepared for this big decision.

A. Hello mom Quite understandable it is never easy to let go of your child and actually you have been with the child since birth so it really gets difficult but you need to understand that nobody can understand the baby and handle the baby as much as the mother does ,next if you’re not ready to hire a nanny then two things that you can do either you can call the grandmother to help you around next you can put her in a day care if possible
