Q.

Hello dctr My daughter is now 17 months old. She does not eat well and needs only milk. What should I do to increase her hunger?

A. Well It is not about hunger it is about that your child is just not interested in eating your child is hungry which is why your child is having milk so one thing is for sure that your child is definitely not interested in eating so you should focus on developing the interest of your child in eating try to give milk only Three times in a day as and when you feel as convenient like morning night evening and all but apart from that feed food only if your child is not eating don’t offer Milk thinking that this is what you have to eat I’m not giving you Milk and replacement

A. Hi mom. Give natural appetiser like coconut water, jeera water, curd with mint, ajwain water etc to increase the appetite of ur baby. Give food in colourful and attractive plates that attracts baby toward food. U can buy #Babyhug feeding bowls spoon plates that are attractive and colourful and BPA free Give variety of food and choices to ur baby. Give finger food as self feeding encourages eating
