hello. can you suggest me food for 6 month baby week wise ? which food should I introduced ?

introduce variety of home food in soft n mashed form
give one new food at a time
start with few tsp 2 times in a day
like veg , fruit puree
then dal , rice , dal rice , khichdi
add ghee
