hello can I travel by train after 40 days of c section?

Train would be a comfortable thing but I think it would be better if you travel into a sleeper one rather than a chair car second you have to see how long your journey is for because you know after C-section stitches it’s very tiring to take a journey and also you see for how long are you travelling and accordingly you decide whether you go
