A. Hello dear parent! Irregularities in periods is very common after delivery. Few mommies get their periods even while breastfeeding and few mommies don’t get even after an year. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Consult a lactation expert for advice.
