Hello all... I'm a mother of 3.5 month son. He is exclusively on breastfeeding. Due to c section delivery I get back pain. Can I take dolo tablet for that? is there any other medication I can take for back pain?

A. Hello mom.you can ask your dr but get massages done as that would be quite helpful , it is highly recommended after delivery it helps to ease your body and reduces the pain and stress

A. instead of that use home remedies like take oil massage or a heat bag

A. oil massage or take hot bag or electric hot bag for back pain..back aadhar Milna chahiye aise baithe..breastfeeding karte waqt zukane se dard ho skta hai.. take pillow for feeding baby
