Hello, actually mujhe periods start horahe hai 4 days before. Date ko 4 days hai abhi. To ye normal hai na? Phele aisa nhi hota tha

A. hi mom yes this is normal u can get early periods .. if periods are late then u need to do urine pregnancy test with morning urine samples to rule out pregnancy

A. hi usually it is normal it happens because of work load ,stress or excess physical activities or hormonal changes so as such no need to worry take Healthy and nutritious diet keep your self well hydrated
