mere baby ko loose motions din mein 3 to 4 times horahe hai aur green colour k horahe hai kya koi problem to nahi na....?aur parso uska vaccination hua hai to fever bhi up down horaha hai pls suggest me

Hello ma’am It could be possibly due to vaccination only so do not get scared just stop giving milk to your child for the time being because it increases the number of loose motions then give curd and banana as it really helps a lot in controlling lose motions apart from that if the fever is fluctuating it would be better for you to consult your doctor ones
