As you have mentioned z your two years of age baby s not speaking much
Don't worry
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Use drinking water having TDS higher than 340
give her more Probiotics and fruits and Millets
Spend more time with her z talk to her maintaining eye contact.
