heavy bleeding in periods but only 3days.am breastfeeding mother. l am getting periods after 10 months of c section#AskTheExpert

A. can be fibroid.See di not run after the better one.right now best to take which ever you getting as soon as possible and get tge full course okAlways keep in mind that over the day the baby should get food that help her get all protein, fat and carbohydrates and belong to your culture

A. Hello dear parent! Irregularities in periods is very common after delivery. It depends on the hormonal changes. Few mommies get their periods even while breastfeeding and few might not get even after an year. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
