A. hi try to consume good protiens like dals, eggs, chicken, paneer, soya. tofu, curds variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well with lukewarm water and other liquids

A. good evening I would recommend you to consume lots of milk and Milk products dry fruits including roasted makhana apart from that you should try to have Gonda ka laddu do you can have one teaspoon of ghee throughout the day
