A. hi mom mother should eat good proteins like dals , eggs, chicken, paneer, soya , curds, tofu add nuts like almonds walnuts in diet add a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well for better quality of milk

Avoid having too much of spicy food have all fruits and vegetables all little you can have avoid having heavy stuff like Rajamma Chole Chaliye Dao very very heavy and then you should go ahead with having a good amount of salad that’s going to be good and as much as good protein as you can and liquid about 3 to 4 L per dayWrite Your Answer Here
