Q.

He is suffering from fever from the evening of 16th September. He has been examined by a doctor. A prescription is attached. He is not eating anything from yesterday. Only drinking little water. He is act like vomiting when we are try to give him some fruits. what should we do

A. zincovit syrup useful bh. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
