He is only 16 kg weight,how to increase his weight

A. Hello mom his weight is approximately fine for his age just slightly less .. but it is acceptable as far as the child is active for his age and able to take good diet .you can give him healthy calorie through foods such as dry fury’s and nuts , fresh fruit milk shakes , stuff paranthas, lentils and legumes , eggs , soya etc

A. Hello Avoid foods like biscuits, chips, maggi. bread, biscuits, chocolates Include home cooked foods with foods like ghee, almonds, walnuts cashews dates, banana chickoo, peanuts til seeds, coconut egg, avocado paneer for healthy weight gain
