A. Namaste Mom, Some variation is acceptable as far as they are active for their age and also eating healthy enough, give foods such as dry fruits , nuts and seeds, also eggs if preffered, dals, rice, roti, ghee, panner, tofu, soya , fresh fruit milk shakes as well
