Offer more finger foods. Offer more colourful foods and cut foods into different shapes using food cutters. Offer foods in colourful plates or bowls. Colours and shapes attract the attention of the kid. Offer different textures of food. Try offering the same food 10-15 times. One fine day, the kid might just eat it. Offer whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, curd, homemade paneer, cheese and butter. Offer fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Offer plain nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, peanuts, pistachios etc. Maintain proper hygiene. Always keep a hand sanitizer handy.
