Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. for cold and cough the best medicine would be nasal saline drops which can be given again and again to the child and breastfeeding and if the consistency of the stool is semi solid to solid it is not regarded as constipation
