Q.

He is 15 months old and his hemoglobin has been decreased to 7.5. What should we do to. increase it? what all effective foods that can help him to increase it?

A. Hi.. to correct this level of Hb, you will have to supplement your child, Dr may prescribe you some tonic for the same.. apart from that include green leafy vegetables, raisins. dates. figs. nuts, and protein rich good in baby's diet

A. U Start with iron supplement after consulting your doctor that would be essential apart from that beetroot and pomegranate should be a part of your child’s daily diet without a fail and spinach of course if you can possibly raw spinach not boiled one so consult your doctor and start with these things with the ones I suggested
