he had projectile vomiting , abdomen scan also normal , what reason for vomiting pls rply. thank you

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. after recurring nausea/ vomiting wait for one hour then give vomiting medicine (syp ondem/emeset) 5ml and then again wait for one hour and thenz give only easily digestible food. do not give anything to eat in this 2hr waiting period. if vomiting occurs again then meet your doctor. avoid giving milk and heavy diet. vomit usuallyz occurs due to gastritis

I think its major stomach reflux that your child is going to or sometimes when you go ahead with feeding the child every two hours that time also you can overfeeding reflux can increase for the time being I would say that feed your child on demand and keep it I don’t shoulder for 15 to 20 minutes minimum for a proper burping
