Alone water won’t help to get rid of constipation
Add more fiber to the diet like in form of fruits, vegetables, like papaya, banana, green veg, also include oats, daliya in the diet
Increase physical activity of the child
Reduce excess intake of biscuits, bread, chips and cookies as they can lead to constipation
Also if it’s prolonged then meet a doc to rule out any allergy like gluten or lactose intolerance

Don't use RO water as it's Demineralized
use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
give her more soups.
