Frankly till the time your breast feeding the child you cannot go ahead with any kind of dieting because that is going to affect your breast feeding so currently I would you suggest you to continue breastfeeding and it good if you had a normal delivery then you can go for a proper workout but no reduction in food and if you had a C-section then you have to wait for exercising and once you quit breastfeeding then only you can go for dietingWrite Your Answer Here
