POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. To reduce hairfall after delivery, include protein and vitamin rich foods in your diet and kep yourself well hydrated with fluids. Massage scalp with mild oil like coconut, olive or almond oil and wash with Sulphur free shampoo. Do not use heat and chemical treatments and do not comb wet hair. Applying onion juice once a week will help too.
