Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. always mention age of baby ?. Cold and cough is a seasonal manifestation of viral and is common during season change . Safest to give indirect steam inhalation for nasal block and also protect baby with wollens clothes . Can put nasivion drops . Take flu vaccine yearly for protection from flu . See a doctor if fever or discomfort .

U can give indirect steam to ur baby 2-3 times in a day and apply baby rub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold. Give warm tulsi ginger honey water 3-4 times in a day.
