ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. no parent your kids 3 month old passing stools immediately post feed is normal as a part of gastrocolic reflex as long as a child is taking feeds well gaining weight do not worry

PallaviMom of a 7 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. hello ..at three months baby is too small from home remedies ...and don't give medicine tok for such a small baby...as it's not advisable for the baby at this age to have medicine...keep feeding mother's milk...it will be fine soon..
