Hai sir, Myself Nagaveena mother of 3yrs baby boy My son is suffering from cold and cough from 3 days. Am using * Levocetrizine Dihydrochloride & Montelukast Sodium Syrup for Cough * Paracetamol Paediatric Oral Suspension IP for Fever * Saline Nasal Spray for cold He is active sometimes and sometimes too sick .And continue cough not able to eat anything. suffering from cought too much. please suggest the best medicine sir.

Already am doing home remedies sit. But is main problem during taking food cough is too much , he can't take food because of cough and vomiting out

Cough and cold can we because of some allergic rfeaction in the body most of the time it is viral in the origin need to give symptomatic treatmgent first like steam inhalation and some home remedies cough expectorant may be required along with anti allergic medications
