hai sir good morning my 48days old baby boy has regularly not going to motion sir 4or 5days one time motion doing what is the problem sir please suggest me sir

Nothing to worry give frequent feeds every 2-3 hours.
Do tummy massage, apply warm coconut oil or warm castor oil on baby's tummy and gently massage for 10 minutes in clockwise direction with fingers.
