A. Stool pattern of small children changes from time to time.
It can be more than 7 times per day also and sometimes the child will not pass stoold for 10 days also.
The most important thing is the consistency of the stool and if it is Semi solid to solid or semi liquid then there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as colour as well asd the smell of the stool
Also straining and crying while passing urine and stool is very normal

There's no 'normal' when it comes to how often babies poo – breastfed babies will sometimes go several days, or even a week without having a poo (this is more common in babies aged 6 weeks or older). You'll quickly get used to your baby's bowel movements, so you'll be able to tell what's normal for them.
