Hai my baby is turning 4 th month in 1 week he is vaccinated today, he is suffering from pain crying so much, he is not taking breastfeeding, not sleeping, when we are trying to lying down he is sleeping more, we tried ice cubes on the vaccinated part, but also crying. Please help me how to get my baby relief from pain.

A. your child must have received the DPT vaccine which causes pain fever and swelling and pain may be severe sometime you can give paracetamol to reduce pain and also apply some ice fomentation there
