my baby is vaccinated last week he is 4 months now, but at vaccinated area there is a blood clot, it is not disappear from since 1 week, what I have to do for that

A. see if tgete us ni swelling n no pain then in that case yu ou can just try to show to doxt4 Best will be to consult a doctor there as well who can practically see the patient and help to get a diagnosis
