hai my baby boy was 7 months old, we started giving solids, i gave exclusive breastfeeding for all 6 months and now milk supply has reduced. can I start giving buffalo milk or packet milk to him and milk products like paneer ghee butter, or should we need to wait upto 1 year.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom.now semi solid and mashed foods can be given them , you can add ghee to their meals and also you may give curds, milk as in you can start from the age of 1 onwards
